Meet Anderson Diaz, our new Service Engineer
We are expanding our operations team! In order to introduce Anderson Diaz and get to know him better we asked him some questions. Anderson will be working closely with Yonis Abdullah and independently to ensure that our customers products are working perfectly. A: As a Service Engineer, I maintain, and repair Heat Management systems for clients, provide technical support, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Â Q: What do you enjoy most about your work? What motivates you? A: I find satisfaction in solving technical challenges and providing effective solutions to customers' problems. I also enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships, as well as working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
