Meet Karl-Henrik Krantz, our new Sales and Marketing Coordinator

March 6, 2023 /

We have a new addition to our office in Sundbyberg! In this Q&A, we ask Karl-Henrik Krantz about his new position at Heat Management.

Welcome Kalle!

Q: What does it mean to be a Sales and Marketing Coordinator for Heat Management?

My job is to take a load off our sales managers and help them with administrative tasks regarding the sales process, e.g., composing quotations and ROI-calculations for them to send out to our customers. I also have a responsibility for the company’s marketing endeavors and managing our communication channels.

Working in this role for Heat Management revolves around great communication skills and being able to be structured in an environment with a lot of projects at the same time.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your work? What motivates you?

During university, I always aspired to get a position within marketing coordination when I graduated since my previous employers gave the feedback that I have a talent in administrative work tasks. Combining this with my passion for effective communication and previous experience in sales, this combined work role is a dream come true.

Q: How come you applied for a position here at Heat Management?

I recognized that Heat Management had a vacant position for the exact type of role that I was looking for. The more I read about the company the more I understood that Heat Management have unique solutions that further all of our common goal to save our planet. And from there I was hooked and determined to be a part of this organization.

Q: How does Heat Management drive innovation within this industry?

As previously mentioned, Heat Management provides patented solutions that reduce our customers’ carbon emissions and reduce their costs. By developing unique solutions that should be industry standard, it encourages other companies within the industry to do the same and creates a domino effect that will eventually lead to a better future.

Q: There’s a lot of focus on the environmental impact of today’s companies. Can you describe how Heat Management is handling these types of challenges and what the future brings for the technology you’re using?

How do you apply sustainable thinking in your role?

A lot of companies are impacted by challenging sustainability quotas from the United Nations (UN) and the European Union (EU). We are providing products that help companies reach those goals. That in turn will continuously reduce carbon emissions on a global scale. It is mind blowing how much the topic of sustainability permeates the office and impacts all of us in each respective task.

Q: You’ve been here for a few weeks now and been introduced to the core of the company. What do you think so far?

The first thing that comes to mind is that I am utterly impressed with my co-worker’s dedication and knowledge surrounding the topic of green and clean-tech. It is challenging to acquaint oneself with the full length to which the company operates. But it is reassuring to have such educational colleagues.

Q: What’s next? Any upcoming projects you’re excited about?

In short; A lot of them! But I am particularly interested in working with our “employer branding”. My vision is that we are to be top of mind for future talent when they are seeking positions within the industry.
