We are expanding our operations team!

In order to introduce Anderson Diaz and get to know him better we asked him some questions. Anderson will be working closely with Yonis Abdullah and independently to ensure that our customers products are working perfectly.

On behalf of all Heat Management employees: We’re glad to have you on board Anderson.

Q: What does it mean to be a Service Engineer for Heat Management?

A: As a Service Engineer, I maintain, and repair Heat Management systems for clients, provide technical support, and collaborate with other departments to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Q: What do you enjoy most about your work? What motivates you?

A: I find satisfaction in solving technical challenges and providing effective solutions to customers’ problems. I also enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships, as well as working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. My motivation comes from seeing the positive impact of my work on customers’ operations and the company’s performance.

 

Q: How come you applied for a position here at Heat Management?

A: I was captivated by Heat Management’s intriguing and distinct solutions, which sparked my interest in joining their ambitious pursuit of sustainable energy, in my search for a position that could offer both practical and theoretical experiences, I found the perfect fit at Heat Management.

 

Q: How does Heat Management drive innovation within this industry?

A:  By prioritizing sustainability, the company drives innovation. Our commitment to reducing carbon emissions is reflected in our development of products and solutions that enable customers to achieve these objectives. Heat Management’s focus on creating innovative technologies that are both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient is advancing sustainability in the industries it serves.

 

Q: There’s a lot of focus on the environmental impact of today’s companies. Can you describe how Heat Management is handling these types of challenges and what the future brings for the technology you’re using? How do you apply sustainable thinking in your role?

A: By sustainable thinking and by designing energy-efficient heat management systems, using renewable energy sources, reducing waste and emissions, and adopting circular economy principles. I apply sustainable thinking by making sure to dispose of waste materials properly. This can include recycling materials, reusing equipment and materials when possible, and ensuring that hazardous materials are disposed of safely.

 

Q: You’ve been here for a few weeks now and been introduced to the core of the company. What do you think so far?

A: I had the opportunity to learn about the company’s mission, values, and culture. I appreciate the technical expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the opportunities for professional development and teamwork.

Q: What’s next? Any upcoming projects that you’re excited about?

A: I am looking forward to all our projects. I don’t think there is a project that I am not excited about.
