Heat Management challenges existing technologies to contribute to a more sustainable planet and optimize the energy supply for a large number of combustion plants around the world. We have hundreds of installations of patented solutions worldwide for customers in areas such as power plants and pulp and paper mills.

Job duties:

As Project Manager at Heat Management, you will be responsible for running technical automation projects for power plants and industrial facilities. You will lead the projects from start to finish – from design and construction to installation and commissioning. In addition to automation, the projects also include principles such as mechanics and process. You will work closely with our customers and with colleagues in various technical areas to ensure successful deliveries.

 

Your areas of responsibility include:

• Project manager for the product HISS (steam soot blower optimization technology).
• Plan, lead, and follow up projects from design to installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Ensure that we meet customer requirements, standards and quality goals in our customer projects.
• Visit customer facilities both in Sweden and internationally for meetings, installation and commissioning (approx. 1-5 travel days per month).

Who we are looking for

We believe that you have a good combination of technical expertise and natural leadership skills, and thrive as a driving force in complex projects. You have several years of experience in project management within industrial automation. Your background should preferably be from the energy sector or the process industry, and you feel at home in environments where technology and structure go hand in hand.

You have:

• Several years of experience in running industrial technical projects.
• Relevant technical higher education.
• Good knowledge of automation and control systems. (DCS or PLC systems). Experience with control systems such as ABB 800xA, Siemens Simatic PCS7 is an advantage.
• A clear and structured leadership style, with the ability to engage teams and build trust with customers.
• An independent, solution-oriented attitude and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 1-5 days per month.
• Ability to express yourself fluently in spoken and written form in Swedish and English. Knowledge of other languages ​​such as Portuguese, Spanish, German, or Finnish is an advantage.
• Class B driving license, as travel is included in the job.
