Visualizes fouling conditions and supports smarter operational decisions

General info
Visual evidence that drives smarter, cleaner operations
Heat Management provides professional fouling inspection photography to give customers clear visual insight into ash buildup, fouling patterns, and internal boiler conditions that affect performance. During shutdowns, detailed stop-photography is taken through manholes to ensure an accurate and objective view of the boiler interior.
The collected images are compiled into an interactive PowerPoint report that supports operational planning, maintenance decisions, and performance optimization.
Prior to each inspection, a brief meeting is held to define focus areas and ensure alignment with customer expectations. All work is performed by a qualified local Heat Management representative.
Included scope:
– Photographs taken via manholes during revision, before any washing
– Approximate work duration: 8 hours
– Insulation removed by Customer before access
– Interactive PowerPoint report
