New Markets, New Faces: Introducing Stefan Tarnowski
We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with Synchrotech, a recently established company now representing us in the Polish market. At the forefront of this collaboration is Stefan Tarnowski, our dedicated Heat Management Representative. Join us as we welcome Stefan to the team and explore the exciting opportunities emerging in this dynamic and rapidly evolving region.
Q: Can you please explain your background?
I was born and raised on the west coast of Sweden, but I come from a polish family background, so both Sweden and Poland feel like home to me. With a background in mechanical engineering, specializing in project management and production technology, I’ve had the privilege of combining my expertise and passion for implementing mainly Swedish technology in Poland.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with various teams and companies, particularly in the polish energy sector. This has been especially significant in recent times, as we face challenges such as high energy prices while also transitioning to greener and more efficient methods of heat and electricity production. My experiences have given me a deep understanding of the polish energy sector, which I believe is essential for navigating today’s rapidly evolving markets and fulfilling the demanding regulations
Q: What do you enjoy most about your work? What motivates you?
What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to solve complex challenges and drive meaningful change. The energy sector is constantly evolving, and being able to contribute innovative solutions that promote sustainability and efficiency is incredibly motivating. I’m also passionate about working with talented teams, learning from them, and sharing insights to create collaborative success. Ultimately, knowing that the solutions I’m working on can make a positive impact in the long term is one of my biggest motivators.
Q: Why did you choose to partner with Heat Management?
We chose to partner with Heat Management because of their cutting-edge approach to energy optimization and their commitment to sustainable solutions. Heat Management’s innovative technology and expertise align with our goals of enhancing energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. The partnership allows us to combine our strengths and create value for our clients, especially in an industry where energy management is becoming more complex and crucial. On top of that it has to be said – Heat Management is a very vibrant and positive team who are willing to support us in every way they can with a very dynamic way of working.
SynchroTech is a small team where I have the pleasure of working with my partner Weronika Sojecka. She is the back-office person who gives me all the support needed when I roam around the country looking for new opportunities. The ability to adapt to different situations and challenges quickly is the only way forward to succeed in Poland. We are good at it, and so is Heat Management, which makes us a perfect fit. They are truly “beyond technical specification”!
Q: What are Poland’s most significant challenges for the energy industry today?
Poland, like many other countries, is facing huge challenges in the energy sector. Key issues include transitioning to cleaner energy sources, modernizing infrastructure, and reducing carbon emissions in line with EU climate goals. There’s also a growing demand for energy efficiency improvements in both industrial and residential sectors. Additionally, rising energy prices and geopolitical factors add uncertainty, making it essential for businesses to adopt agile strategies to mitigate risks and stay competitive. This is why all technologies and contributions which result in greener and more efficient energy production are welcome in Poland.
Q: How do you think Heat Management’s solutions fit into the current state of the market?
Heat Management’s solutions are well-suited to the polish market, which increasingly demands energy efficiency, cost savings, and sustainability. Their technology provides real-time data analytics, predictive insights, and automation capabilities that enable businesses to optimize energy usage and reduce fuel consumption while producing the same amount of energy. As the pressure to reduce emissions and improve efficiency grows, Heat Management’s solutions play a crucial role in helping organizations achieve their goals while enhancing operational performance. Producing steam is expensive – Heat Management offers a solution to save 40% steam for soot blowing. Additionally, their Infrasound Cleaning technology helps maintain clean surfaces in economizers, smoke tube boilers, and similar equipment. With 944 cities and towns in Poland, the energy demand is immense—so why waste it?
Q: What’s next for our partnership together? Are there any upcoming projects or events you’re excited about?
Looking ahead, I’m excited about our partnership and exploring new opportunities to leverage Heat Management’s solutions in broader applications. We have some upcoming projects focused on the wood/saw mill industry and local heating plants, and I’m particularly excited about the potential for these initiatives to drive significant value for our clients. Additionally, we’re looking forward to collaborating on industry events, conferences, and opportunities to showcase our joint solutions and the positive impact we’re making together. Heat Management—Welcome to Poland!
