Situation description
Siam Gypsum, one of Thailand’s leading gypsum board producers, sought to improve the efficiency and reliability of its biomass-fired boiler. Frequent steam sootblowing was consuming valuable steam and causing wear on equipment.
By installing Heat Management’s Infrasound Cleaning System, the plant achieved a 63 percent reduction in sootblowing, maintained stable flue gas temperatures, and significantly lowered steam consumption and maintenance requirements.
The result is cleaner heat surfaces, higher operational stability, and lasting improvements in boiler efficiency.
