It’s been a while since Mosa Ridha joined us back in August. We did a Q&A with him so you could get to know him better.

Q: What does it mean to be a Project Engineer for Heat Management?

As a project engineer at Heat Management i am responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects from inception to completion. The role involves planning, designing, and coordinating the technical aspects of a project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. I work closely with various teams (engineering, design, procurement, etc.), manage resources, address technical challenges, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. As a Project Engineer  I also communicates with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure the project meets all objectives and quality standards.

 

F: Vad gillar du mest med ditt jobb? Vad motiverar dig?

The most thing I enjoy is the challenge of solving complex technical problems. I find it satisfying in identifying issues, brainstorming solutions, and implementing them to ensure project success. The role is dynamic, with each project offering different challenges. I enjoy the variety of tasks, from planning and design to testing and final implementation.

 

F: Hur kommer det sig att du sökte en tjänst här på Heat Management?

Heat Management have a patented solution that will solve big issues and help customers to reach their ZERO-NET goal. The diversity of project in different countries gives me exposure to various engineering challenges and opportunities. To me this was something I could only dream about, to work for a company that makes a very big impact on climate changes and help customers reach their net zero goal is very fascinating.

 

F: Det läggs stor fokus på dagens företags miljöpåverkan. Kan du beskriva hur Heat Management hanterar den här typen av utmaningar och vad framtiden har att erbjuda för den teknik ni använder?

Heat Management plays a significant role in addressing the environmental impact of companies, especially in industries that are energy-intensive or have large carbon footprints. As companies increasingly focus on sustainability and reducing their environmental impact, Heat Management technologies have evolved to be more energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and aligned with global sustainability goals.

 

F: Vad händer härnäst? Några kommande projekt som du ser fram emot?

My next project in Brazil are one of the most interesting projects Heat Management have had so far. To be a part of a project that is in a new region is very interesting and I am very grateful to be a part of this.
