Keep track on the dry content of heavy black liquor leaving the evaporation for the recovery boiler, to increase efficiency.
By controlling the black liquor there is high potential to achieve more even combustion and heat exchange. Acospector allows the user to detect variations before they become severe problems. With the information, the user can stabilize the dry solids and the process. Which results in less steam used.
