This growth in our future references will allow us to expand as a company and keep adding value to both new and recurring customers who explore the rest of our solutions portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The following purchase orders have come through this summer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/optimerad-angblasning\/\"><u>High Impact Sootblowing System (HISS)<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>)<\/u><\/a>\n<ul>\n<li>July: A pulp and paper mill in Brazil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><u><a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/system-for-tidig-varning-for-overforing\/\">Carryover Early Warning Syste<\/a>m<\/u>\n<ul>\n<li>July: A pulp and paper mill in Sweden. A recurring customer who also has HISS<sup style=\"color: var(--awb-text-color); letter-spacing: var(--awb-letter-spacing); text-align: var(--awb-content-alignment); text-transform: var(--awb-text-transform); background-color: var(--awb-bg-color-hover);\">\u00ae<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><u><a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/infraljudsrengoring\/\">Infraljudsreng\u00f6ring<\/a><\/u>\n<ul>\n<li>August: A Waste-to-Energy plant in Germany, Steinm\u00fcller Engineering provides another infrasound cleaner, which will mark the end-customer\u2019s fifth Infrasound cleaner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Brazil<\/h2>\n<p>Our new Brazilian customer ordered <a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/optimerad-angblasning\/\"><u>HISS\u00ae<\/u><\/a> in late July. This second <a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/optimerad-angblasning\/\"><u>HISS\u00ae<\/u><\/a> project in Brazil will be an essential reference for Heat Management in the South American market. The project&#8217;s goal is to save steam for the customer since the mill is steam-deficient.<\/p>\n<p>Safety, responsible resource management, and energy-efficient processes are always top of mind for our new customer in Brazil. Sustainability and competitiveness are intrinsically connected in their daily operations.<\/p>\n<p>A tailor-made solution was developed with skilled mill specialists for the mill\u2019s recovery boiler. Heat Management&#8217;s market-unique absolute process guarantees make the customers\u2019 sustainability journey risk-free and comfortable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/optimerad-angblasning\/\">HISS\u00ae<\/a> is scheduled to be commissioned in April 2025.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis is our first order with this group, and we couldn\u2019t be happier to enter this sustainability partnership\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2654 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Johan.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"140\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 14px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Johan Holm\u00e9r, Sales Manager, South America. Heat Management.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Sweden\u00ad<\/h2>\n<p>Heat Management\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/system-for-tidig-varning-for-overforing\/\"><u>Varningssystem f\u00f6r tidigare \u00f6verf\u00f6ring<\/u><\/a> monitors changes in the recovery boiler firing process in the flue gas. The first mill to implement the new solution is a recurring customer of Heat Management, who previously installed HISS<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> in their boiler in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The system will give early indications, e.g., of fouling build-up and carryover. This early warning will help the operator take necessary actions before a problem occurs. It will also help understand how load and process parameters affect the carryover.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/system-for-tidig-varning-for-overforing\/\"><u>Varningssystem f\u00f6r tidigare \u00f6verf\u00f6ring<\/u><\/a> records and stores pictures of the sootblower lance. The images will be automatically analyzed and stored with a value. The value can be used to track the changes in the lance&#8217;s coating.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThis will help fine-tune the sootblowing even further and give information on when increased sootblowing is needed, e.g., due to changes in the firing process, reducing the risk of heavy fouling or plugging.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3461 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/KL.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"140\" height=\"140\" srcset=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/KL-66x66.png 66w, https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/KL.png 120w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 140px) 100vw, 140px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; font-size: 14px;\" data-fusion-font=\"true\">Klas Lindahl, Sales Manager. Heat Management.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2>Germany:<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.steinmueller.com\/en\/home.html\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Steinm\u00fcller Engineering<\/u><\/a> is delivering a new flue-gas treatment system for a Waste-to-Energy boiler in Germany. This system includes a Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR). <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steinmueller.com\/en\/home.html\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Steinmuller\u2019s<\/u><\/a> primary goal is to maintain the cleanliness of the SCR to keep the pressure drop stable and operational, and maintenance costs low.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/infraljudsrengoring\/\">The solution<\/a> chosen relies on sound waves at an application-specific frequency in the Infrasound range (15 to 30 Hz) at a level of about 140 dB, creating high gas movement in the flue gas passing the SCR catalyst layers and comprehensibly creating turbulence close to all surfaces for 1.5 to 2 seconds every four or every five minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The order from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.steinmueller.com\/en\/home.html\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Steinm\u00fcller Engineering<\/u><\/a> for the <a href=\"https:\/\/heatmanage.com\/sv\/losningar\/infraljudsrengoring\/\"><u>Infrasound cleaner<\/u><\/a> will be the 5th on an SCR owned by the end customer.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/steinmuellerengineeringgmbh\/\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>For the latest news about Steinm\u00fcller Engineering, follow them on LinkedIn here<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe are quite happy about this new project with Steinm\u00fcller Engineering.
