Comme l\u2019industrie de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive est tr\u00e8s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en Espagne, un carburant courant est bas\u00e9 sur les r\u00e9sidus d\u2019olives. Ce carburant est riche en \u00e9nergie mais peut entra\u00eener de graves probl\u00e8mes de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et de salissures dans le syst\u00e8me de chaudi\u00e8re. Afin de r\u00e9duire les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat dus au nettoyage manuel, le nettoyage par infrasonique sera d\u00e9sormais utilis\u00e9 pour minimiser ces probl\u00e8mes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Heat Management Il a d\u00e9sormais pass\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re commande dans l\u2019industrie espagnole du carburant \u00e0 base d\u2019olives.<\/h3>\n

L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duire les temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le processus. Le carburant est renouvelable et respectueux de l\u2019environnement, ce qui le rend attrayant \u00e0 utiliser.<\/p>\n

Per H\u00f6rnstein poss\u00e8de une longue exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019industrie du traitement des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et une grande connaissance des syst\u00e8mes de combustion et des chaudi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s cela, Per a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se concentrer sur l\u2019industrie du papier et du carton et a travaill\u00e9 pour l\u2019entreprise Clark & Vicario dans les domaines des ventes et du marketing. Clark & Vicario a \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9e par Ahlstrom en 1989 et Per s\u2019est install\u00e9 en Espagne la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 il est devenu pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Ahlstrom en Espagne. Il a ensuite rejoint Kvaerner en 1996 et est devenu directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en Espagne. Plus tard, en 1996, il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de lancer Sotgar.<\/p>\n

Spain is an interesting market in many aspects for Heat Management, partly because of its strong chemical pulp production industry, but also due to having many biofuel boilers. Since the olive oil industry is strong in Spain, a common fuel is based on olive residues. The fuel is rich in energy but can cause severe problems with deposits and fouling in the boiler system. In order to reduce downtime for manual cleaning, Infrasound cleaning will now be used to minimize the problems. Heat Management has now taken the first order within the Spanish olive-based fuel industry. The target is to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and generally improve the process. The fuel is renewable and environmentally friendly, which makes it attractive to use.
