Being a sales coordinator for Heat Management means being the central support for our sales managers and representatives all over the world. Since every market and colleague is different, no two days are the same. In short, it\u2019s hectic in the best of ways, and there\u2019s always something new to do.<\/p>\n

Probably the variation of tasks. Not knowing exactly what the day might bring is exciting and keeps me motivated to be proactive.<\/p>\n
Also, since I had no previous experience in cleantech or with boilers in general, learning about the technology and industry in general has been very interesting. I\u2019ve gotten the opportunity to personally visit some plants myself and have been mighty impressed by the sheer scale of these installations.<\/p>\n

I was looking for similar roles to my previous one, and Heat Management stood out in their mission. I also didn\u2019t fully understand exactly how the solutions worked, so I was intrigued to learn more about the company. After learning more I thought, \u201cWhy doesn\u2019t every plant in the world use their systems?\u201d. One thing lead to another and here I am!<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For us, innovation is done through integration. Since our solutions are proprietary, I\u2019d say simply by expanding and working towards more customers integrating our solutions in their plants drives innovation within the industry. Our recent inroads in Southeast Asia and South America are good examples of this \u2013 getting more people talking about high-efficiency energy optimization in parts of the world where maybe previously that wasn\u2019t prioritized, is a huge win for us.<\/p>\n
We are also always willing to try out new application areas and are frequently performing studies in cooperation with prospective customers.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Our goal lies in maximizing the impact of every joule of energy while minimizing waste and emissions. This is precisely what the future of cleantech demands, so I\u2019d say we\u2019re perfectly poised as a \u201cemissions-reducing\u201d partner to our customers in the years to come.<\/p>\n Our solutions are also best suited for renewable fuels, such as bio or waste fuels, which are all notoriously hard to burn cleanly. By optimizing those processes, they become more economically and environmentally viable and increases their competitiveness when compared to fossil fuels.<\/p>\n Thinking of our technology in the future, a possible next step is the integration of machine-learning to create smart, self-learning boilers that clean themselves only when needed.<\/p>\n <\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Felix Olivecrona joined us back in August last year.
